Tempeh Update

I made the Tempeh (using this recipe)! It was very delicious and will become a regular. Now if only I can rope in Ethan and all his ideas (“I wonder how hard it would be to make a tempeh incubator…”).

    CJ and I enjoy some Tempeh as well. It is delicious when cooked with a yummy sauce…however, it is can be expensive. I am going to have to try this recipe!
